How does Tadasoft (Tadalafil) work:
Tadasoft (Tadalafil) is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence; inability to get or keep an erection) in men. It enables a man's penis to cause an erection during sexual activity. Penile erection during sexual stimulation is caused by increased penile blood flow resulting from the relaxation of penile arteries and corpus cavernosal smooth muscle. The inhibition of PDE-5 by Tadanafil enhances erectile function by helping the blood vessels to the penis to let more blood flow.
Dosage & Administration:
Starting dose 10mg prior to anticipated sexual activity. Can be increased 20mg or decreased 5mg according to toleration and efficacy of individual. Tadalafil may be taken with or without food. Avoid substantial alcohol intake.
